    The bar was filthy, and when I asked the female bartender if she would wipe it, she did a half hearted job of it with a smelly rag. Also said she couldn't reach it! Imagine! The beer selection was paltry at best, wine fair, attentive service nonexistent, AND we were the only 2 people at the bar! It only holds 15 persons at best! There were not even servers to be waited on!!! Burger basically tasteless, will NEVER go back. I have NEVER had a good dining experience at Ruby Tuesday's, in 3 states and 5 different restaurants. ONE OF THE VERY WORST!!!!

    Food was actually excellent...the salad bar was clean, fresh and delicious. The service was a bit slow, but so courteous and friendly that I still need to give 5 stars! I had a made -to -order burger and substituted the fries with the salad bar. I had a really nice glass of red sangria. The bill came to a bit over $17.00 which was just right!

    If I could give zero stars, I would! This was a terrible experience! Stopped for dinner on a Tuesday at 5 pm before the dinner rush. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. Our waitress was too busy preparing and serving alcoholic beverages at the bar. I had to ask the manager to check on our food. He didn’t even apologize for the long wait. When the food came out it was just short of being burnt and it was cold. In fact we even sent one of the meals back because it was not edible. Then I had to ask two different waitresses for our bill and even that took a long time. Never going there again! Poor service and awful food!

    New sliders were good but for the first time would not accept our coupon and hubby is on salt restricted diet and would not sub in baked potato for salty fries. We go here all the time but mb not so much now. Not happy :(

    Salad bar was half empty. Not refilled until I complained. We added this RT to the places not to visit again.
